How to reorder or delete PDF pages without uploading your document
Fix a document’s page order, remove unwanted pages and check the output without confusing page labels with page positions.

Work from a copy
A packet assembled from scans often has a cover page at the end or an extra instruction sheet in the middle. Page operations can fix the order without rebuilding the text. Keep a copy of the original before you start, especially when signatures, annotations or formal records are involved.
The page numbers entered into these tools refer to physical positions, starting at 1. A printed label such as iv or Appendix 2 does not change the page’s position in the file. Open the PDF and count its thumbnails if the printed numbering is confusing.
Reorder a three-page packet
Suppose the current pages are invoice, receipt and cover. To put the cover first, open Reorder PDF Pages, select the file, and enter 3,1,2 as the output order. Download the result and inspect its first and last pages.
Every listed page appears in the output in that order. Repeating a number creates another copy. Leaving a page out excludes it from the reordered file. If your intention is to retain every page exactly once, verify that the list contains every position and no duplicates.
Delete only what you intend
In Delete PDF Pages, enter the positions to remove, such as 2,5-7. The other pages remain in their original order. A range must be ascending and within the document’s page count. The tool prevents an output with no pages.
For several documents, the same selection applies to each one. This is convenient for removing a cover sheet from a batch, but not for packets with different layouts. Process files separately if page 2 means a different thing in each document.
Duplicate a page for a worksheet or form
Duplicate PDF Pages appends copies of the selected pages to the end. If you select page 1 in a three-page document, the output contains pages 1,2,3,1. To place copies between existing pages, use the reorder tool and write the exact sequence you want.
These operations copy pages, not a complete document-management structure. Bookmarks, interactive forms and digitally signed workflows may need specialist software. Editing a signed document may invalidate a signature or change its legal meaning; retain the signed original.
Privacy and verification
The selected PDF is read in your browser and the output is downloaded to your device. No password bypass is provided; encrypted PDFs can fail to open. This is not redaction: deleting a visible page is not an assurance that every embedded reference or attachment has disappeared.
Before sharing, check page count, order, orientation and any form behavior in a PDF viewer. A file that downloads successfully can still contain the wrong pages if you entered the wrong positions.
